Abstract

|
The author has treated 9 years old school boy´s maxillary median diastema with impacted mesiodens. The inverted impacted mesiodens was situated at the area between the upper right and left central incisors.
The maxillary median disappeared by means of the extraction of the inverted impacted supernumerary tooth, mesiodens.
